1970 nova with new tank and new fuel line. It seems line the new line is sitting at a different angle from the original one and when trying to connect to the fuel tank line, it will just kink. Is the easiest and best solution to just throw a loop in the line to make the connections? Is a loop coming out of the tank okay?
I just installed an AMD Fuel tank in my 1970 and the filler neck looks slightly off. I’ve snugged everything down and it looks properly aligned below but not at the the fuel tank door, am I missing something or is this common?

Just putting my CVF v belt kit on and noticed the top of the adjuster doesn’t seem to secure. The bolt doesn’t go all the way through the adjuster to secure and looks to be off a little but the pulleys are aligned. Any thoughts on the issue? The adjuster just pops off.
