Low TSH?
I have been dealing with some health problems for a while now including chronic fatigue and heart palpitations. I have other symptoms too but these are my main ones. I had been putting them down to iron deficiency but I saw some family recently and they mentioned that they had hyperthyroidism and said my TSH from last year looked low. My GP never mentioned anything so I didn't follow up. I'm going to request another blood test but can anyone tell me if these numbers look concerning?
June 2025: Serum TSH level 0.54 miu/L [0.35 - 4.94]
Jan 2023: Serum TSH level 1.2 miu/L [0.35 - 4.94]
Edit: changed hypo to hyperthyroidism
