Multi-vitamin?

My dietician wants me to take a multi-vitamin with all the b vitamins, but without more than 150% of vitamin A, C, or E. I also have the mthfr gene and I’ve heard it’s best that I use a methylated folate. Did anyone else have this criteria? What did everyone else take during chemo?

I found a vitamin on Amazon that looks promising, but has 33,000% DV B12, which sounds excessive

Proud of my organizing!

I have stage 2 unfavorable NScHL and just finished my 2nd infusion of AVD + NiVo yesterday. I know from last time, the next week is gonna be rough for me. So I came up with a plan! Being forgetful on a good day, I love when I manage to organize something. I have two of these - one for my nightstand and one for the fridge. This way I can just peek at the page and do a mental check. Sharing in case it helps someone like me!

My writing is a little shaky from some mild neuropathy, hoping it doesn’t get worse as the steroids wear off 😮‍💨

Chemo headaches?

I was diagnosed CHL, doing AVD+NiVo. I had my first infusion on Wednesday and the symptoms have been a little bit rough on me. Nausea and loss of appetite have been manageable through medications, but yesterday I started with severe headaches. I’m not sure if they’re tension headaches or sinus headaches. Tylenol helped me get to sleep but then I woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain I couldn’t move. Has anyone else had a problem with headaches? What did you do for these?

Also struggling with constipation if anyone has advice for that. It’s been a bit of a rough start.

Throne of glass shirts?

A little context, I was just diagnosed with lymphoma (blood cancer) and I’m preparing for chemo. I saw a photo of another woman in chemo with a sweater saying “you do not yield” and was so inspired. Does anyone know a good place to get this but on a shirt? Etsy has a lot of spam “shops” and I’d rather support a small artist. I really just want a shirt that says the line “you do not yield,” but with a small design like sword or something would be cool too!

Hair loss?

Just diagnosed with classic Hodgkin’s lymphoma

33f, otherwise in great health with recent bloodwork to show it, just diagnosed with classic Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It’s been 4 months since I first noticed the swelling. I’m relieved to have a diagnosis but so afraid of the next steps. Can anyone share their experience with their first oncology appointment? Also, did anyone work while going through chemo? Any encouragement and positive experiences would be massively appreciated. I’d also love to know if anyone has advice for connecting to local community support groups.
