Are Tonfā only practical when dual wielded?

Im Working on a vigilante type character as a fun little side project and when i thought what weapon he'd use i thought Tonfā because i always thought they're fighting style looks so cool!

But his character is based in a more gritty scenario kind of like Batman's city gotham so i thought only using a close range weapon could be a death sentence in such a dark world so my idea was what if he uses both Tonfā and a gun with sleeping Darts so one hand a Tonfā and one hand the dart gun or depending on situation he could also dual wield either!

But I've never in a realistic setting seen someone wield a single Tonfā other than anime and such, so mainly out of curiosity i wanted to ask if this idea if mine makes any real world sense or if I'll just chalk it up as fiction logic?

I just got this pc and it won't stop making this noise and I don't know what to do

It's coming from my tv but changing channels or muting the tv it goes away and when muting windows sound it stays

I tried multiple settings and none worked, im trying with headphones next but I'd really appreciate help 🙏

Also a small side question, the pc came pre installed with some stuff I don't need, should/could i fully restart it because who knows what else they put on there...

Headphones that don't dampen sounds around me

From my research what i am looking for are open back headphones but I can't find any that are good on Amazon, i did try to order the Epos H6pro but for some reason that order keeps getting cancelled

So what i need is:

A headset that is open back or just doesn't dampen outside noise so i hear my mom, dog or door during gaming

They should have a good microphone attached since i do tiktoks with my friends sometimes but it doesn't have to be the best just no crunshy audio

And the price would be good between 100 and 300€ or dollar I don't think there's a huge difference
