Mortal Wounds and Precision in 11th
How does Mortal Wound allocation work with Precision weapons in 11th? 10th edition had a FAQ in the rules commentary that clarified that attacks that inflict Mortal Wounds were caused by a Precision attack, you could allocate those Mortal Wounds to a Character model (pg7 of the 10th edition Core Rules update pdf).
However I can't see any such clarification in the 11th edition rules. In addition, the Mortal Wounds rules for 11th (6.02) say that Mortal Wound allocation steps in 6.02 must be followed (presumably instead of the normal Wound Allocation steps in 5.03) - Ie you apply the Mortal Wounds to non-character models first, before Characters. The precision Rule (24.28) also only modifies the normal allocation order rule (5.03) and has no mention of the Mortal Wound allocation order (6.02).
Does this means Devastating Wounds (24.10) caused by precision weapons must by applied to the unit rather than the character targeted by precision? Or the Mortal Wounds caused by say a Palatine's Rapturous Blows ability must be applied to the unit rather the character she is targeting with a Precision weapon?
