Hi! Curious which team processes unemployment at other companies. I am an HR Coordinator on the Ops team for a manufacturing-adjacent company with employees in pretty much 45 states, and I’m currently the only one who processes unemployment. It’s not easy, I don’t have access to payroll information so my responses are very dependent on when the payroll team returns my email which can be days to weeks. I’m stepping into a new role, I will not be processing unemployment in this role and I’m wondering if it’s time to suggest that another team takes this over.

Dress 1 pics 1-3 love almost everything about this dress hands down. The amazing front dangling lace pieces, the corset, the top ruffle. It’s just more bright white than I was thinking of at first
Dress 2 pics 4-6 I also love almost everything about this dress. It’s more of a ballgown which I actually really like. I feel like an antique tablecloth but like in a good way?
