Do ya'll also like vizslas?

I got my toller first, as he was my dream breed - but I'd also always wanted a vizsla. I find the breeds have a lot of similarities but also balance each other out in the ways they are different!

I got them to do dog sports and hike together since they have similar energy levels and needs for breed fulfillment. Wondering if anyone else has similar dream breeds lol

As a first time vizsla owner, what are some breed quirks I should know?

I've done my research, of course, but some things you only learn from owning a breed it seems! For example, I have a toller and only learned after getting him that they notoriously vomit randomly...

Anything you learned only after owning a Vizsla?

Brought home our vizsla today!

So far so good! She's mouthier than any puppy I've had and likes to eat the inedible more than any puppy I've had too lol. So sassy so far! A lot of personality for being so small!

Nicknamed her grumblina because she grumbles when she's trying to sleep if we move or make any noise 😂 but her actual name is Velvet

Took My 5 Month Old Toller to the Park for a Picnic Today! :)

I love this little man!

We've been experiencing a little bit of a fear period so took him out to build some confidence with treats and exposure. He did super well, played some ball, and laid in the sun. Our training has been going really nicely - although he still doesn't relax around the house, he will if he's tethered + will quietly entertain himself with toys/play with his brother

We are getting a vizsla puppy in a week and I'm worried she'll give us a run for our money because he's been so easy so far 😂 Prayers he's a good teenager and she's as good of a puppy as he's been!

Coworker Called Me Plus Sized

Hi

Not sure where to put this, but I work in retail and have only worked in retail for about a month. I previously worked at a doggy daycare, where nobody really commented on how they looked/how much they weighed, etc. But for some reason at my new job the people are constantly talking about it.

For context, I (20F) have never been as thin as I would like to be. I have struggled with anorexia and bulimia previously and gotten \*close\* but after I got into a relationship with my fiancé gained some happy relationship weight and haven't had an ED in a few years.

Well, my coworker, who is usually pretty nice, was talking about her own struggles with dating, saying it was hard as a plus sized person and after said "I know YOU got lucky, but..." and I was shocked. I just said "I'm not plus sized, tf?" And she said "Okay, I'm sorry if I offended you but I know other people of your build that would consider themselves plus sized." She weighs about 300 lbs (not an estimate, she mentioned it earlier) and so I'm pretty sure she meant no harm by it or didn't see it as hurtful, but this sent me spiraling. I could see being called chubby or something but not plus sized. I weigh 150 lbs and do not wear plus sizing. My thin coworker told me last week that I do not look fat. Now I'm confused how people see me and honestly mortified. I just want to disappear.

Has anybody seen the Lalaloopsy reference on Suki Goldpetal's box?

In Suki's description it says her nickname is Goldie Luxe - which was the name of a lalaloopsy collector doll! Not sure if MGA did this on purpose or just reused the name on accident HAHA but I love it!
