22week old (5 months) sleep and nap training

Started doing ‘drowsy but awake’ at 8 weeks with consistent debtime routine. Had 1 night wake up and full feed as a result for a long time (about 5-6 hours into the night) then 4 month sleep regression/ developmental leap hit and we seemed to end up with 2 night wake ups (and full feeds). Also been dealing with lots of daytime distraction despite focusing on daytime calories (plus bottle refusal).

In the evening bedtime routine is bath>feed>sleep. If baby falls asleep feeding we wake to put down. However, have been getting lots of screamies after bathtime and at beginning of feed.

New plan aims to solve this.

Stick with wake at 7am > bed 8pm with 3.5 hours of naps throughout the day (aiming for 4 currently but will be transitioning to 3 (but when?)).

New bedtime routine will be feed >bath>sleep. If putting down awake doesn’t go as smoothly as straight after feed will wait 15 mins to ‘self settle’ and then 5-3-3 for any wakes/ feeds.

Will also start doing cot naps with checking at 15 min intervals to self settle as naps are currently carrier or pram or car seat

Does this sound sensible? Based on reading a few books and this sub. Any help appreciated.
