Anyone had similar problems with a jade plant? The leaves have been dropping a crazy amount. Is it a fungal disease? I can’t see any pests..

The leaves looks dirty on the underside but fine on the other.

Picture 4 is before it developed the issue. I have cut it back but the new growths still seem to have poor health. Any advice appreciated!

Wondering if this would be a good squad for this stage (if I get them to 60) I leveled up gnarlhorn but watched a vid saying rock breaker is way better for this. Anyone tackled this with a similar squad? Any helpful advice appreciated 🙏
