Finding help post partum & balancing finances

I’ve heard a lot of people saying they wish they had more help post partum so with two toddler boys (4 yo and 2 yo) and two modi twin boys on the way, I’m trying to find ways to get more help. I have 12 weeks maternity leave (I WFH), 8 paid at 60% and 4 100%. My husband is paid more than me but has 1 month at 100%. I’m thinking
-do we keep our oldest two in daycare for that time? Or hire a nanny?
-should we hire a nanny for the twins too? That’s the plan for sure after I go back to work.
-what about a night nurse?
Not sure if we can afford it all but would appreciate advice on what to prioritize from people who have been through it! Also would love advice on how to find night nurses and nanny’s, I have no idea where to start.

Round ligament/pubic symphysis dysfunction twin pregnancy

I’m 28 weeks with MoDi twin boys, both in the 90th percentile this far. They’re each measuring almost 3 pounds. My inner hips and “vagina bone” (I’m not a dr idk how else to say this, but after researching assume it’s pubic symphysis) are KILLING ME. To the point where I almost can’t walk when it flares up. Anyone else experience this? And if so- what did you do that helped? My doctors just say everything is normal and ask if I’m drinking water 💩I do pelvic floor exercises and try to rest, use the heating pad and brace as often as possible. I also do try to walk a bit and have two other boys 4 yo & 2 yo who keep me a bit more active. Any links or recommendations are much appreciated!!

Anyone else’s child care bill about to be or is higher than their mortgage?

No matter what I try to look at for help with 4 under (2 toddlers, 2 twins on the way) we’re about to be spending almost $1,000 more than childcare than our mortgage. We make enough that justifies us to continue working but jeeeeez what a pill to swallow. Just looking for some solidarity or advice or encouragement on paying for help. We don’t have much help from family or friends.

Excessive kicking twin pregnancy

im 22 weeks and my boys kick ALL the time. it’s my third pregnancy I have two other boys so I know what kicks feel like. but these are crazy kicks and they’re non stop I’m worried if they ever sleep? ive also felt them moving since so early like 13/14 weeks. is this normal and if you had similar experience are your twins super active as they’ve grown?

I am only 19 weeks and I’m STRUGGLING. Im pregnant with modi twins, and I have a 4 yo boy and a 2 yo boy. I also wfh full time (thank god remote) but I have to travel a bit for a launch these months. Two out of four trips down so far. my husband is so supportive i literally don’t know what I’d do without him cause our family support is sparse. My great grandparents are really the ones who help the most. My parents are in and out and unreliable and his live in another country. He works full time in an office but has modified his schedule to help. I feel so down and like I’m being so weak about this pregnancy where in my last ones I was really active, stayed fit etc. and I just literally can’t move, can’t breathe, wanna eat everything, feel so down all the time. I am so so frustrated and I keep waiting for the second trimester wind to kick in and it won’t. Am i doing something wrong? will I be able to make it to the end?
