I am a Canadian about to begin work with the NHS in the UK. I have a Rev account that I set up in Ireland and currently only holds EUR. I'd like to have my first few paycheques (in GBP) deposited into my Rev account while I set up an account with a brick-and-mortar bank.

Is it possible to have an Irish-based Rev account used as my "receiving bank" for paycheques in GBP? I'm not certain if creating a GBP currency account within my main account would be sufficient.

Other info that may complicate things: I don't yet have a UK address or phone number. I could get a phone number but the address would be harder to confirm before moving there.
