What is this?

I got this with used scope I recently bought. The seller had no knowledge of astronomical bits and pieces. I think it is some sort of tracking camera mount
But really have no idea. I suspect it is quite old (90's). It large and made of PVC or something similar.

Arrma Typhon brushless

This is a Arrma Typhon 1/8 scale RC buggy. It has been converted to a 3s brushless system with a new Spektrum 3200 kV motor and 100A ESC, both with fans. Will also run on 2s of course. All new and very clean as can be seen from the pics.
It has an upgraded DX3 transmitter and matching receiver. No battery or charger are included. I am including a new set of dboots wheels/tires as well. Nothing else is included.
Has only been ran on the bench.
Due to the typical use of these vehicles, it is not returnable. Only includes what is shown.
What you see is what you get, nothing else.
PayPal only unless cash local pickup.
$250 including shipping within the lower 48 USA.

New Scope ?'s

I recently ordered a Celestron NexStar 4SE SCT with GPS module. I'm really interested in hearing from other users about getting the best performance out of it. I have been through all the manual, YouTube videos etc. But, I'm sure there is more to learn. I have a good collection of eyepieces from 6 to 42 mm including some wide field ones. Thinking about getting the WIFI module, unsure of how well it works with a iPad. One of the reasons I wanted this was to try some photography and the camera mount feature seems very well designed.
Oh, also does anyone set it up as a EQ scope,, I understand it's not needed, but what's the point of having the ability to set it up if you don't use it?
