hello everyone! i have been on this for a bit, but I'm a noob when it comes to fixing printers. I am aware this printer is supposed to be a tank so I am invested in repair. I bought a new original fuser unit and installed it, but no changes. Could y'all give me hints to what I should look at to fix an issue like this? Thank you!
