Seeing reports that ServiceTitan is shutting down the Podium integration with less than 30 days notice. Pretty brutal timing if you’re relying on it for customer texts, follow-ups and reviews during peak season.

Anyone here affected by this? Are you replacing Podium, moving more of the workflow into ServiceTitan, or looking at other field service platforms altogether?
