Hi I was just wondering how long people have waited to receive their lump sum payout for impairment benefits? I know online it says they have 14 days to make payment from when they receive the signed document back but it’s been weeks past that. Is it normal?
hoping for some clarification on impairment benefit claims and how the WPI (Whole Person Impairment) assessment process works. Can anyone please explain how an assessor’s WPI rating can differ significantly from the WPI percentage or decision determined by WorkCover in a Notice of Entitlement? (WorkCovers rating on notice of entitlement being significantly lower then what I was assessed as by the impairment assessor they chose)
