Grinding beans twice
Because the hand grinder takes so long, does anyone grind course in an electric grinder and then grind the same beans in a hand grinder that will grind fine enough for Turkish coffee?

Moccamaster adjustable basket worth it? I have a 2006 model moccamaster and only use 400 grams of water at a time. Would it make a big difference if I got an adjustable basket toadjust forthe small sizes I make?
