Help: OpenRun Pro 2 Ringing noise with podcasts

I just got my OpenRun Pro 2 for prime day deal. I primarily use these for podcasts, but they have this weird ringing sound like a tiny bell being rung after some words. It doesn't happen with music so it's definitely an issue with speech for some reason.

Is this solvable? Or do I need to get a different model that is friendlier with speech and maybe gives up the richer base tones these provide?

Last weekend I had the AMS feeder thing at the back fail. So far as I can see on the website, I can't just buy that little plastic part but I can just buy the gear assembly.

The next day the part fan gave out. Yay. I followed their troubleshooting guide, no luck. Bought a replacement fan off of Amazon, still didn't work. So now I'm concerned the problem is in the PCB board.

So, I filed two tickets with Bambu Labs support but still haven't heard anything. I'm assuming this is covered by warranty since I bought it in December? I don't remember what the warranty is one these though.

I'm really at a loss as to why I'm having failures like this so early on. I can't print anything quality without that part fan and I'm at a loss as to how to get it up and running again.

We have these printers at work and run them pretty hard sometimes. But my home P1S gets used for maybe 2 or 3 hours a week. I really would have expected it to hold up better.
