I've been off feeld for a while and am now back on it, and I feel like I'm seeing more people saying that "hygiene" or "excellent hygiene" is a priority for them. One man had a razor emoji next to that in his bio. In your experience, do people just literally mean hygiene / showering / being clean or is it a euphemism for removing body hair?

I have no problem tipping, I've just never known how much is a respectful, normal amount in a Vancouver context! I do have a lot of thick hair but always make sure to book the right appointment type and not pretend it can be done in a short hair/quick cut amount of time. Would love to hear from hairdressers in Vancouver! (Also I dearly wish folks would just set the rate that works for them, tip included, so I didn't have to wonder . . .)
