(most of) the set times were put on the app yesterday, and now they’re gone again, what the hell happened? i hope they don’t change them from what was on the app yesterday because i had no major clashes

my iphone 16 keeps on rapidly changing brightness, even with no environmental changes and auto-brightness turned off, how do i fix this?
