I feed my 3yr old Heeler (32lb) First Mate, about 1/3- cup and a 2/3 cup homemade topper. My topper usually consist of 2lbs of meat or turkey, carrots, kale, eggs, blueberries, beat powder, sardines,pumpkin puree, rice, oats, broccoli. Im overthinking it probably, but im curious if there are enough vitamins etc in the First Mate or should I add a daily vitamin?

Hey friends, I work for a mobile treatment team, which sends me in the woods, rivers, creeks, all year around. I am looking for a good shoe that will keep my feet dry, not overly heavy and under $150. I currently wear Vasque GTX Hiking shoes, and they are nice, but my feet still get a little wet. I have been eyeing Astral Water shoe, Astral All weather shoe. Would like something like those, maybe almost a deck shoe...curious what everyone wears, loves etc.. thanks for any help..I am in Western Md , Appalachian Mountains fyi...so that is the climate i am working in...

I am looking for a shoe I can wear walking the dog in the rain, or in and out of creeks etc. I have a pair of Xtratuf Boots and they are great, but I need something more lightweight, casual. I work outside in the community and outdoors 80% of the time, in western maryland in the Appalachian mountains. My problem is, I want something that will either dry fast, or air out fast.. I've looked at deck shoes, Astral, Olukai, Xtratuf etc, but just wanna make sure I ask the gear experts first...$150 and below is my range...let me know folks and thanks for any advice

Anyone have a clue as to who is opening for who? I am close to Farmington, not a big fan of Ump, but definitely interested if Moe. Is the headliner....any thoughts?

I have a wedding coming up in August, debating a grateful dead themed gift.. He 40s loves the dead, Her 40s is not the biggest fan, but casual enough. Anyone have any great ideas, say $200 or under. Would like any ideas, but homemade stuff is the best...thanks all
