Blacklist or hide individual music artists for a user?

Is there an existing setting or plugin which offersl users the ability to blacklist or hide individual music artists from their library, without removing tracks by that artist from disk storage, or having to separate specific artists into additional libraries?

For context, my Jellyfin install is used by multiple people, and in order to keep up with current music while keeping storage requirements low the library contains multiple compilation series. These compilations cover a broad range of genres and tastes, and those tastes aren't always shared between users. I also have one user who is neurodivergent, and very particular about what they do and don't want to listen to, but who still wants the discoverability offered through instant mixes.

Ideally this would take the form of a block, blacklist or hide menu option for tracks, albums, artists, and maybe even genres, or better yet a simple one-click button to blacklist in a similar way to favouriting a song. When viewing or playing an album or playlist which contains tracks which fall under a user's blacklist, those tracks should simply be removed from the queue.

We currently use instant mix functionality extensively to give us a good mix of music, along with public playlists for decades, genres, etc. generated via plugins, so this option should work with that functionality, along with filtering responses to API requests from external applications where possible.

To be clear, I'm not looking for workarounds to create separate libraries per user, or use parental controls with tags to hide individual tracks. I'm specifically asking if the simple functionality I describes exists, via a hidden setting I haven't found, or a plugin that's already available.

To cut off any snarky comments ahead of time, I'm not looking for suggestions like "just skip the track", or "remove the files". I'm specifically asking if the functionality I describes exists, via a hidden setting I haven't found, or a plugin that's already available.

Edit: I'm being downvoted for wanting users to have more control over what they play?

Human-created plugins

Is there a good list anywhere of useful third-party plugins which haven't primarily been created using AI?

It seems like every new plugin I see promoted here is created by someone who describes themselves as not being a programmer, and using AI to realise their vision for them.

I just want good, well-structured, optimized and thoroughly tested human-created plugins which fill gaps in the Jellyfin ecosystem. Code completion using AI is fine, but entire projects just generated via prompts are a performance and security nightmare.

Edit: I'm not looking to debate the merits or otherwise of AI-generated code, so keep any arguments to yourself. If you're unable to do so, you'll be blocked. I'm just looking for a list of human-made plugins.
