I live in Georgia. My local pd said they weren’t responding to trespassing calls if you don’t have a no trespassing sign posted. But the statute says verbal warnings, fences, gates, locks are all acceptable forms of notification

I’ve been reading a lot about cosmological redshifting and I understand the universe is explained to be expanding. But what if it’s not the universe expanding, but the light losing energy over time and that stretches the wave out?
