Last month's Impact Whey was 1kg, 33 portions at 28,99€ with a "70% discount". Today it's 900g, 30 portions at 31,99€ with "80% discount".

When I confronted customer service they stated that the price increase was due to increased shipping costs and the reduced amount per package was because "it measures more cleanly to a month's supply at one serving per day".

They didn't have an answer to "what happens to the months with 31 days that were previously covered by the 33 portions but not 30?".

No answer was given either to the question "why was this not communicated properly via email/socials?".

So, I'm looking now for a new brand that doesn't try to scam its consumer's base, open to suggestions.
