I’ve always had issues with things going inside my vagina— on a good day, it feels meh, like there’s just kinda something there, but on bad days it hurts and i have more bad days than good ones. I’ve never been able to use a tampon, when I got an IUD, the doctor had to go down a speculum size bc it hurt, and I can’t get more than a finger in at most. But i don’t have any memory of sexual trauma or any engrained discomforts to sex. the only things i could think of is i’m transmasc with pretty bad bottom dysphoria, and when i was a toddler i fell off a pontoon boat and got a pontoon between the legs and had to go to urgent care.

I guess my point of this post is: is it worth seeking professional help? and where do i start? a doctor? therapist? Thanks so much to whoever reads/responds to this!
