I take very low dose kratom like 1g a few times a day. I am dependent on it and I don’t get decaying affects. Can I take a .5mg Ativan safely if needed?

Daily Kratom user for 7 years. Recent prescribed propranolol for panic attacks take as needed. Are they safe to take together?
