What are the cons as to having a scale?
my therapist told me to think of the cons for my scale but I can only think of one: it’s fueling the ed that’s taking over my life and ruining my relationships. and the rest I can think of are just pros such as it makes me happy to see the numbers go down and it’s a stable thing that I have. what are some more cons as to having a scale?
