Only had time to hit 2 of the 5 stores I planned. Had 30 mins for each so I blew through singles to find some. Won’t say what I paid so no one hunts down my new haunts.

Just pulled in and found these waiting. The letter made my day almost as much as the Bench RC I’ve coveted since childhood

I’ll dig through for hits too, I ripped a half dozen boxes and a half dozen fat packs. Got to the flagship LCS location 30 mins to close and pilfered the Phillies row for Bryce Harper plus the Pinstripes for myself. My little guy will need 3 big displays if I keep this up.

Delayed so long ripping packs I had to stop and grab a room at a Hilton 3 hrs from my destination lol. No complaints, I found an old comic antique type shop. Bunch of singles from 55-80ish and newer NFL/NBA. I wouldn’t know most and guy only had 100 or so. Plus side his sports cards were priced at give away because it was 99% Magic/Pokemon/Etc.

Had boxes forever of old comics I would’ve spent the day digging through. Like his sports cards it seemed he just bought an estate or something. Not sorted and like $1-2 each for any of the endless comics in boxes.

The Cage/XFactor he had the full set it looked like. I just grabbed 1-3 and the Death of Superman. Those were some of my favorites growing up and I’ll give to my kids.

The heritage rips were a nice change. A lot of decent cards including the on-card Winfield Auto, Relic, and a numbered card along with a bunch of others that interested me a lot.

A few more SPs too, maybe 10 total.

From an earlier post, my wife has more needed than I realized and of course all SPs. We’ve 3-4x some including SPs. Here’s the list she needs. If you send me your list I’ll go through her duplicates. She has them all numerically sorted so it’s quick. Dots are short prints.

Was a pile of empty boxes in my hotel. Just a few quick pics as I hit random spots. I had a larger Bowman and a bunch of Megas I didn’t get in pics. Will be sorting at home and I’ve another full cardboard card box of sleeved parallels. I’m going to have to inventory all the inserts and parallels. Some numbered and odd sparkles that when I sample and check are showing last sales of $40 or so. As I get more into it I bet I’ve more hits than I realize in those boxes. I just categorize as non-base and group together in cardboard card boxes.

I’ll post up some of the hits when I’m home.

Gives me grief for buying singles lol. She’s into the sort now and has 2026 Heritage full set with SPs almost done. Some cards you just can’t pull. On its way to my house. I’ll stash it for Adrian and put it in a big card display when I get him one then wait until he notices.
