Not sure what these hallmarks are, they are on a watch that is likely from the 1850s or 1860s, not even sure if the second one is hallmarks or dings, these are the only markings I could find on the chain

Bought this locally a few years ago in an antique store, I’m pretty sure it was once a watch fob, the chain on it came with it, why anyone turned this into a fob or whatever is likely a story that is beyond lost to history now
