Save to Dynamics with Power Automate or CoWork?

I have some former employees that have e-mail interactions that they didn't save to Dynamics initially. As we look at trying to get old e-mails into Dynamics are there any approached that have worked for you in the past?

Barring other option my intention it to iterate thought the mailbox with Power Automate, identify contacts that are in CRM, create a new e-mail activity copying the Outlook e-mail into CRM, and then regard them to the appropriate account.

The end result we are looking for is to get the customer related e-mails into CRM before we remove the employees mailboxs.

401k vs Roth 401k

48 with just shy of $1mm in 401k and Traditional IRA. With my income I have not qualified for Roth IRA for years.

I am thinking about long term tax implications of having all my funds in pre-tax accounts and planning to shift contributions to a Roth 401k from this point forward to diversify my tax position.

Does this approach make sense?

I have not determined when I will retire yet but based on projections I'm trying to avoid high withdrawal requirements when RMDs hit and to manage future income levels.

Adjusting Savings Plan - Does this make sense?

I'm 48 in the 24% tax bracket married and filing jointly. Having a recent conversation with a friend who is planning for retirement realized I hadn't really considered RMD and sequence of return risk as I built my financial future with the idea that I would likely fall into a lower bracket when I retired.

I have $1m in 401k and Traditional IRA and looking at my growth rate at 75 my RMD would keep me at my current bracket or higher.

Assess my plan going forward and provide input on where I may be able to improve my plan:

  1. Continue to contribute to my 401k to the company match so I'm leaving the 4% free money on the table.
  2. Shift my next contributions to the company sponsored Roth 401k since I don't currently quality for a Roth outside of work sponsored.
  3. Continue to contribute to my personal brokerage to provide a level of flexibility.
  4. If my income/employment situation changes and I end up at a lower bracket do Roth Conversions from 401k/Traditional IRA to reduce the RMD risk that I have been in and may end up on higher brackets.
  5. My wife was a stay-at-home mom and has no plans to return to work so our retirement funds are all under my name. I don't really think we need to save more than I'm already saving but my understanding is that our current AGI she wouldn't qualify for Roth IRA either. She has access to the brokerage and savings money if it was needed and she is the beneficiary on all investment accounts. If I died tomorrow, she wouldn't need to return to work and would only need to make minor lifestyle adjustments by choosing to not work.

I'm still enjoying my work so FIRE for me is about flexibility and options, so I have not really decided on a retirement date yet. I would guess that right now the soonest I would plan for is 59 1/2 so unless there is a big change I'm not so worried about "will I have enough" and more concerned about ensuring I have the structure to manage my tax structure, IRMAA brackets, etc.

It seems like I have already hit a Coast number and as long as I'm enjoying work and want to work could hit a FatFIRE number. So I'm now thinking about how I optimize the retirement dollars to provide some additional flexibility, retain benefits, and minimize taxes.

How can I get an Agent to Consistently Read Meeting Transcripts

I am trying to get an agent to read the transcript from a weekly recurring meeting and generate a summary and validate consistency of information in some files.

I have it doing most of the actions I need well but I can't seem to get the agent to find the transcript from the meeting. I know that the meeting has consistently had a transcript generated.

Any tips on how I can ensure that I am able to use this as a knowledge source for the agent?

Cowork Hanging?

I have noticed that my teammates and I are having issues with Cowork just hanging and not providing a response. It has gotten worse in the last couple of days.

First, are others experiencing the same issue?

Second it doesn't look like there are service updates in the admin center to show outages. I would assume this is because it is still a frontier product. Any other places to look for known issues?

It know it is frontier but it is frustrating to not be able to use it consistently.
