Has anyone attempted to make a stink (pun intended) about the horrific condition of the Carroll Park public restrooms? I've lived in the neighborhood for 5+ years, and most aware of the problem in the past few years as we have a young child who loves to play there, and the restrooms are always disgusting. I don't think I've ever been able to use them.

I just submitted feedback to the Parks Commissioner via the website, but thought I'd ask here in case there is a group trying to improve this already.
