I am resolving some high priority issues for my client and I have one last one. There is an internal URL blocked by the robots txt. My client uses Squarespace. The blocked page was not created y the client, but seems to be a spin off by squarespace looking like:
https://domain/categories/=59487a4cd1758e7669102174
The interesting thing, using Screaming Frog, I can find the inlinks to the page, but it's hidden in an a href. I've found it via the developer tools, but I have no idea how to delete the link since SS doesn't give access to the backend.
What the heck is going on and how do I resolve?
One of my clients wanted to rank for a keyword that has a KD of 39%. I said okay, and that it might take a while. And it certainty did. But the interesting thing is that in the past three months I've only added 2-3 backlinks.
I've frankly run out of space in my PBN for this particular client. And I've been too busy to look/buy new domains. But one surprisingly thing about GSG's methodology is that authority holds. They have 24 target backlinks from me, most were added a year ago. I was not expecting results like this for backlinks placed 6+ months ago.

I've posted before about getting my client to the number one position. It took some time, but the growth as slow and safe. Then much to my surprise this past January they wanted to end the contract. No problem I said. I kept there data in SerpFox because I thought it would be interesting to see how their graph started looking over time.
So here's what the serp chart looks like when you start to slowly remove backlinks.
I don't thin I've seen any charts like this here before, so I thought I'd post it. In November they were in position one, and today they are in position five. They stopped paying in January and in that same month on the 10th was the last day in position one. Frankly, I've been super slow removing links. They still have 19 backlinks from my pbn and I've kept those links for diversity sake.

Hi ya'll, question for the group-
I have a client whose site has decent/clean authority, no penalty. 4-6 weeks ago they added a blog to their site to target more keywords. There are internal links from the homepage to the blog page. But their blog page is still not indexed.
Eventually I would like to add them to my pbn, but I want them ranking in my tools for the keywords first. I thought that adding a blog, getting it indexed, getting more keywords associated with their site, and then adding authority would be my route. But this particular page is not indexed and its throwing a kink in my plan.
I would appreciate any thoughts or insights. Anything I'm not thinking about?
Making creatively unique domains can be emotionally draining. There I said it. I know it's a good problem to have but after multiple domains I find myself procrastinating on the two domains that I have just sitting there.
I'm not usually a procrastinator, so it bugs me.
