TLDR. Looking for 30-50’ usb cables that work well.
Touch TV’s at front of classroom. (Promethean and new line) Teacher computer at back of room. Continue to have problems with signal not working at all or failing mid year. Looking for a good quality one I won’t have to mess with.
We've got students bypassing our filter. They seem to be using word as a browser. Any idea how they are doing it? how to stop it?
We are a windows school. (All students oto with windows).
We block most installs.
However, our MS uses ERBLearn secure browser during testing. We are trying to figure out how to allow that install without allowing other programs (especially browsers) to install. ERB installs in appdata (like most browsers).
We have 'pushed it through intune' as an attempt. But then they updated the app the night before the test and of course we didn't have time to push another version.
Any experience with this app in windows would be appreciated.
Thanks
Incoming freshman. Made my schedule. Now want to do marching band and it conflicts with chem lab. (Engineering major). The other sections are full. Any hope to get in? If not could I just postpone the lab till next semester?
Looking for a solution for individual classroom doors. Sure I could do a control card for each door and run wires to it. Hoping for something cheaper and less labor.
We are switching filters. The current one is just not reliable.
We are down to Securely and goGuardian.
We want classroom control portion, which both have
We want reports that “people other that it staff” can run (parents admin)
We want filter.
Any advise? Any experience with either?
Tyia
Note we are windows based for students and teachers.
