Just thought it was neat and wanted to share
Hello! I appreciate any advice someone can offer. I recently placed a offer on a house. List price, no other offers as far as I know. The seller responded that he cannot afford the commission and that he wants me to pay it (10k) out of pocket or increase the sales price to accommodate it because he can't afford it. How uncommon or reasonable is that? My realtor doesn't love it but is leaving it up to me.
