Help! Bosch eFlow phone lock issue

It’s my first time ever posting on reddit
Anyways, I just bought a Velo De Ville - Loady 900
With bosch performance.. etc
So I went ahead and thought it would feel safe to activate phone lock via the eflow app
Just to get frustrated the next morning right before kid’s school time that it won’t connect at all hence not work.
I went through all the troubleshooting
(Deleted the app, deleted the bike from bluetooth, restarting my phone, deleting the bike from the app, removing the battery from the bike, recharging it.. etc)
The issue is when I turn on the ebike and try to initiate pairing mode.. it just won’t
The LED remote flashes some blue lights, then white, then blue again and turns off (this happens in less than 30 seconds)
I will eventually take it back to the dealer..
But if there’s a DIY solution to save me the trip all the way without pedal assist it would be amazing!
