I’m looking for something that isn’t usually captured by the usual “10 best coffee shops in Whistler” lists: specialty coffee. I’m looking for fruity and funky notes. So many places in Whistler seem to have medium-dark roasts that, while ideal for flat whites, might not be as stand-out on their own. I remember liking Ecologyst’s coffee, but I see they’re permanently closed now. Where should I be looking?

My 10-year-old son is really excited about the idea of Hilbert’s Hotel. He’s fascinated by the idea of infinity and this clever way of making more rooms for infinitely more guests. I want to support him, but have no math background whatsoever (sorry!). What should I be having him read or think about that will be accessible to a 10-year-old but that will keep this spark for theoretical mathematics alive?
