Love the texture when hair is wet but it won't hold 😭

I recently realized my hair holds a wave when wet, and I loovveeee how it looks, but it doesn't stay!

When it's wet I'm just scrunching with texture spray. My hair is super fine so I try not to use anything too heavy. I have tried mousse with similar results.

When it dries, it's so straight in some parts that it makes me feel like I don't actually have swavy hair and I'm just forcing it? But then I took a pic from the back and it actually has a nice wave!!

Last pic is my hair air dried with no product/scrunch/etc. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
