Clogged side

I had my surgery about a month ago and I was having a few days where I woke up feeling amazing, and now I’m back to chronic pressure headaches and sleep deprivation. I contacted my doctor and he said “Afrin” which isn’t a longterm solution given its blowback effects. Anything I can do? It feels like something is in there, and I’ve had it where no air was going in or out of my surgery side. The stitches are fully dissolved by this point, and I get that there’s likely still some swelling, but the pain makes it hard to do anything day to day.

I had my procedure about 2 weeks ago and I saw the doc for my post-op today.

He said my nose is healed well and my stitches are mostly dissolved, but kinda brushed off me telling him I’m not currently getting air flow on the operated side.

I’m not in pain, but nothing I do unclogs whatever is blocked. I also occasionally hear a pop when I breathe in.
What can I do?

I had my septoplasty last Friday and I’m not in pain, but I am so much more tired and demotivated. Anything I can take to help. I have to work tomorrow and I’m worried about how exhausted I feel.
