What do you do if you know the name doesn't match the address?
For example, if you have to deliver a letter addressed to John Smith at 10 Example Road, what do you do if you know John Smith actually lives at number 9? Would you deliver it to number 9 or do you have to deliver it to number 10 even though you know the address is wrong?
