Help with ghost shrimp weirdness

Not sure this is the right flair because what is this??? My ghost shrimp, purchased in a batch about 3 months ago, has been developing this weird squiggly luminescent line through its body. She is active, eats well and appears otherwise fine. I do weekly 20% water changes and did a 60% change yesterday to rearrange some scape. Parameters are current 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 5% nitrates, ph 7.2, water temp 74 F. GH 75, KH 120. Other than some fluctuations in nitrates when I first moved my crew into this tank, all has been consistent. No other shrimp have this… thing… going on. Parasite or possession?

ETA: misspelled title, added details.

I’m new to this hobby, love the community and how much I’ve learned in just four months. I want to re-scape my 30g because I made bad decisions when I started. Looking for advice on how to do this with the least amount of stress for the inhabitants.
The crew:
1 blue gourami- she’s a gentle soul, never shown any aggression towards her tank mates.
1 pleco
1 Yo-yo loach
4 brilliant rasboras
5 cherry barbs
2 Buenos Aires tetras

I have a 20g set up with six swordtails (four males who generally get along) and seven platys. I also have three 10g - one with a female betta and an albino pleco, one with nine glo-light tetras, one zebra loach, and two mollys and 20 ghost shrimp; and one with a bunch of guppies and a yo-yo loach. I have been very lucky in that all of my tanks have stable parameters and are mostly planted.

Should I distribute the crew across my other tanks while I re-scape and re-cycle the 30g? Any thoughts on how I’d piece them out peacefully? Other suggestions? Can I speed up cycling by re-using current water?
