Finding lug nuts for toyota wheels

Hello!

I am looking for replacement lug nuts for my Toyota 2018 rav 4, I was quoted $150 for replacement.

As far as I know I have toyota wheels (they have the Toyota logo) but I couldn't find any specifications in my owners manual.

AI is suggesting M12x1.5 mag style with flat washer seat but I definitely want to verify before trusting it.

Thank you for any information

Hanging VS1 cable

Noticed this hanging down from near the front driver side door. Not sure what it is, does, or how long its been like that. Any insight would be very helpful
