Has anyone tips for sleeping during daytime

My kid 17M is doing taper of lorazepam/temesta, coming from 6 months of 30mg/day, (4dd7.5mg)going down 0.5mg/week , now going down 0.4mg/week.

Lack of sleep at night is hard, his head is always hyperaroused, fully hindering sleep during daytime

. Does anyone have tips on how to get some extra sleep during daytime anyway?

ungoogled-chromium with ramdrive/cow idea

In the interest of privacy, would it in the interest of privacy be theoretically /feasible , as an extension of the ungoogled-chromium , to have a cow filesystem with the wanted settings stored somewhere under user's homedir, and at every boot, mount a ramdisk drive to the dir where ungoogled-chromium expects the drive to be, copy the cow to it, so as to have tracking and tracing of the user minimized ?

Probably the ramdisk can even be skipped if we just throw away the changes to the cow fs at a shutdown?

Too speedy? Symptoms increase while tapering off after 6 months 30mg/day Ativan/Temesta/Tavor

Our son developed catatonia at the age of 12.5,he's 17 now, was treated with Ativan multiple times (challenge up to 30mg/day,a fee months later 6 mg/day), and the meds partly worked : his body became more supple, but 4 lingering symptoms never went away (1-lag initiating more complex actions like brushing teeth, 2-malaise in his whole body,3-extreme chronic fatigue 24/7, 4-chronic severe stress waves in his head).

Because of these symptoms, a 6 month(!) dosage of 30mg/day of Ativan was applied , and now he's been tapering off 0.5mg/week for 48 weeks now, reached 6mg/day , but for the last 6 weeks, withdrawal symptoms went from 3 days before to the full week, has to lay down 2 hours a day , but the nurse is not worried at all , Bush Francis Catatonia Rating (BFCRS) is about 6-7, 2nd opinion is not to be haved, AI is alarming it's going too fast and fpr relapse and longer time to recovery.

Since those 6 weeks, our son half the time cannot leave the house for the doc, physiotherapy etc for lack of energy.

Question: is this going too fast? Any advice ? Thank you in advance
