I just got hacked and they didn’t steal my details, didn’t use my card to buy credits. They sent death threats to multiple people through ps messages (including himself I think) and have reported me on their own account. Stupidly enough, they sent me a picture of them having reported my chats, as a way to make fun of me. Keep in mind, I barely know this person and I sure as shit didn’t give them my password. I can’t contact ps support and their AI bot is useless. I am freaking out because I’m on my last warning (from 7 years ago). I’ve never sent a harmful chat in all of these years. What can I do? I added the picture they sent me to make fun of me, including the report number (it’s in Dutch).
