Need some advice
First of all sorry for my bad english,not my first language.
I'm new to all of this and because of that i wanted to order a complete build
After waisting alot of time i found alix seller named SEAGIS that after long translate because he only understand chinese,the only one that had all the parts and he the only one that offerd me to order the parts from him and he will assemble the watch for me plus send me the tool for the case back screws.
After i got the watch i noticed that the chronograph hands arent centerd to 12 oclock when i reset the chronograph,the hour and minute hands also aren't centerd but that was not that annoying,the sconds hand chronograph every reset got back to 5 sec before the 12 oclock mark and after 1 day when i press reset it goes back to random location,after 2 days the secods hand chronograph fell so it was loose,poor assembly from his "factory".
When i contact the seller he wanted to build another one to check and send me video,i don't think he did that because i didn't got one
After that and all the photos i sent him he only offerd me a new set of hands that i can isntall myself,the problem is that i don't have movement holder or hands removal tools,and i'm really don't want to try it myself for thr first time on that expensive build(sl4802 skeleton movement with forged carbon case)
After alot of messages i suggested that he will send me a new movement with dial and hand assembled together,and the tool for the case back because i don't have a way to open it,and i will replace the complete movement and send him the one i corrently got so i don't have to deal with removing the old hands and reinstall them. If i had the screw driver for the case back the movement was already on the way to him.
So my only options are return and refound,with the hassle of dealing also with tax refound (and end up without the watch and i can't find anyone else to build it) or get a new set of hands and look for local watch maker that wants to do it on my cost.
what would you do if you were in my shoes? ,i know alot of you can install chronograph hands easy but my only experience was to replace the case itself with complete NH movement with dial and hands and i don't want to damage something,when at first it was poor assembly.
