Hi! Me and my friends are planning on going to Hulugan Falls this weekend. I read online that the best time to go there would be December-March. I was wondering if advisable pa rin kaya pumunta? May idea po ba kayo if tuyo po ang falls ngayon due to the weather? If not advisable, could you recommend other nature spots to visit near metro manila? TIA!
