Looking for Day Trip & Attraction Recommendations

This is the backpacking trip my friend and i (both F19) will be taking this summer from the middle of august to the middle of september. We both received the 7 day interrail pass for this summer and built an itinerary around that.

Travel itinerary:

-travel day 1(Graz-Berlin)

-4 full days in Berlin

-travel day 2 (night train: Berlin-Copenhagen)

-3 full days in Copenhagen

-travel day 3 (Copenhagen-Brussels)

-4 full days in Brussels

-travel day 4 (Brussels-Bordeaux)

+self paid bus to Lacanau

-5 full days in Lacanau

+self paid bus to Bordeaux

-spend the night in Bordeaux

-travel day 5 (Bordeaux-Barcelona)

-3 full days in Barcelona

-travel day 6 (Barcelona-Lyon)

-spend the night in Lyon

+self paid flixbus to Oulx

-1 full day in Oulx

-travel day 7 (Oulx-Trieste)

The trip is fully booked accomodation wise and mostly train wise. Our goal is to really take advantage of the pass and travel as far as we could, while keeping the path somewhat circular and to our taste.

I havent been to any of the cities and my friend hasnt been in most of them, so we would definitely spend some time just seeing the famous parts, but apart from that we would just like to actually experience the cities as much as we can. We want to do a bit of everything so maybe visit a museum, find beautiful places, enjoy good food, just walk around or wind down in a local cafe. If anyone has any reccomendations for such things in the cities listed please feel free to comment or if anyone has day trip reccomendations and to be more specific, we want the day trips to be mostly about seeing beautiful scenery or interesting cities, please leave a comment.

We really want to go on a day trip to somewhere from Berlin but here we have absolutely no idea where. We will be going to Malmö from Copenhagen, so we could also visit Sweden. We chose it as it is the closest but if anyone has a better reccomendation or anything spacific in Malmö that would be great. Then from Brussels we really want to visit Bruges so we will probably do that, although Antwerp also intrigues us...so again if anyone has a suggestion or reasons why one or the other would be better we would love to hear it. Lacanau will just be a surf and realx week then from Barcelona we plan to visit Sitges no other major plans there and the end is just travelling with hopefully amazing scenery and a day relaxing in the alps.

I apologise for the long ramble but we will be extremely thankful to anyone who reads this and maybe decides to comment :)
