Wondering if you’ve had any convictions like DR or DG and got approved for pco license from TfL?

Looking to build apps and SaaS with Claude code but I got no coding experience.

Is it possible for me ? Any advice ?

Looking for some advice on applying for a TfL Private Hire (PCO) licence.

I had a DG10 (driving with a drug level above the specified limit) with a 3-year ban starting on April 2022, which has now ended.

I also have an older DR10 from February 2016, which is still showing on my licence until February 2027 when the endorsement is due to be removed.

Has anyone with a similar history been granted a Private Hire licence by TfL? Do I have a realistic chance, or is it likely to be refused?

I’ve been completely sober for the past 2 years, and have stayed out of any trouble since. I’m not sure if that makes any difference to TfL’s assessment, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.

Had to leave early, seriously couldn’t bare it I was about to collapse.
