I-25 closures due to fire?
Hi all, I'm supposed to drive from New Mexico up through Colorado Springs and on to Denver on Tuesday, but with the Aspen Acres fire I've been stressing about my route. Is I-25 open and safe? What are the chances this road gets closed or the smoke is too bad? I'm obviously pretty far removed from the situation, so I was hoping that people around there could either give me the go-ahead or perhaps suggest an alternate route. Thank you.
Edit: Thanks all for the input. I plan to make the drive as usual but I'll keep checking up until I leave.
