Pretty sure my dog is dying

I was finally reunited with my dog after finding a pet transportation service to bring him from North Carolina to Utah about 3 weeks ago. I used the last of my savings to get him to us and thought I would just build it back up again. 1 week into being home, he started having urinary accidents in the house and drinking excessive amounts of water, he then stopped showing interest in treats, now he isn't eating hardly any of his food. We took him to the emergency vet and had lab work done. He has very high calcium, which is an indication of cancer. He lost 8 pounds and he's 6-year-old, so cancer would make sense. We're trying to get him scheduled for an ultrasound next week but I'm worried he's declining too fast and we should be focusing on comfort care. I'm so overwhelmed and sad. I had to use credit to pay his emergency vet bill and I don't have any money left to get him other things. I'm looking for some advice and support. If we do need to give him comfort care, which it is looking like we do, could the humane society or any other animal shelters have resources for that?

Edit: He has multiple enlarged lymph nodes in his abdomen and one very large lymph node in his chest. He almost definitely has lymphoma. We're going to put him to sleep. Thank you guys for all the suggestions.

If anyone would like to send donations for Kush's end of life care, you can message me and I can share my venmo.

I'm really not happy with my body right now. I thought I would bounce back fast because my mom always did (she had 7 kids). I'm 5'1" and was 103-105 lbs before pregnancy and now I'm around 117 lbs. Almost none of my clothes fit me because my waist is so much bigger now. I'm breastfeeding currently, so I haven't been trying to restrict my diet too much. I've mostly been focusing on eating low calorie snacks like veggies and fruit and having breakfast and a good lunch. I've been fasting for dinner for the past week. I go on walks with my baby and dog. I also do pull ups with my pullups bar at home and squats. Does anyone know of some low-cost gyms in Utah? Any online workout video recommendations? I just want to be able to wear my clothes again and feel good.
