What problem are you solving?

The "Paradox of choice" leaves your customers unsure which products to buy. This leads to abandoned carts and low conversion rates. Guiver solves this by being a concierge to your products.

How does the app work?

Guiver adds a floating "Help me decide" button to your storefront. When a shopper clicks it, Guiver opens a guided flow that asks a few targeted questions — like product type, budget, and features — then surfaces matching products from your catalog in real time. Setup is instant: install the app, enable the widget from the Theme Editor, and Guiver automatically connects to your store's products. Nothing else.

How is it different / better than other existing solutions?

• It's not an AI chat. AI chats assume your customers know what to ask. But customers don't know about your products yet. Most of the time they only have a vague sense of what they need. Guiver flips the script: it asks shoppers uniquely generated questions from their search about your products. With each answered question it lists only the matching products from your catalog.
• It's not a quiz. Quizzes have three shortcomings:
  1. You have to answer all questions. In contrast, Guiver refreshes the products with each answered question.
  2. Delayed gratification. At the end of the quiz you have to enter your email and have the results emailed to you later. In contrast, Guiver provides your matching products instantaneously.
  3. Quizzes are a one size fits all. In contrast, Guiver generates a unique set of questions for each customer based on what they're looking for.
