[21yrs, Release & Deployment Manager, Release Delivery Owner, Canada]

I've been out of the resume/interview stage since 2005! I'm aware there's some long space formatting to fix. In general, does it look up to date and what level of expertise does it give? Thanks!!

Why am I so scared to move on?

Almost 22yrs to the same IT company. I have vast senior experience. I'm extremely underpaid. Yet, when I look at positions I have a difficult time convincing myself I can do all the things listed.

I'm so worried I'll oversell myself and end up sinking and, well, they boot me before the 3/6 month test of the water is over. Even though, I'm thoroughly experienced, my confidence is struggling; it certainly doesn't where I'm currently employed, I guess because I know the environment so well.

How did you take the leap? I don't want to make a change and then end up jobless, even though I'm currently $35k-50k underpaid.

Underpaid? What's the going salary in Canada for a senior (15+yrs) Release and Deployment Manager with ITIL4, DevOps understanding, JIRA proficiency, etc?

I've been with the same employer 25yrs. I did other IT work prior to my current 15yr gig of RDM. I'm feeling very underpaid. Zero raises in a couple years, just a measly $1k/yr bonus. I've discussed with my manager 1-2×/yr for the past several. Same song and dance. Lots of words, no action.

I'm ready to move on but after such a long tenure, there's fear. I need to hear from real people what's the going salary for a senior RDM role?
